What Are Extension Springs?
Extension springs – also called tension springs – are tightly wound helical springs designed to store energy when pulled apart. These springs apply a resistive force as they extend, returning to their original position when the load is released. Each spring is manufactured to perform under precise force requirements, cycles, and environmental demands.
