A thin spring-washer into which waves have been pressed. Our wave spring production capabilities cater for 0.2 - 1.50 mm utilising a variety of press tools & machinery up to 50 ton press capacity.

Used in valves, seals, & switches where uniform force is required on a circumferance, offer higher load ratings in limited spaces than standard compression springs. Offered in various materials to suite the environment the spring will operate in, such as sea water, High or Low temperature, & contact chemicals
