The Tooling Centre at Springtech designs and develops the tools necessary for producing multi impression, mass produced components; as well as single action, operator controlled components for further specialised assembly and finish forming operations.

Springtech employs automatic, single action and multi-slide press capabilities - both mechanical and hydraulic; ranging from 6 – 40 tons, in order to support the broadest product and application requirements possible.

Quality assured
All manufacturing at Springtech is in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality standards. Springtech’s experienced tool makers and tool engineers maintain and refurbish all tooling in-house in order to ensure tooling life cycles are maximised and production consistency is maintained.
