The in-house Design and Tooling Centre at Springtech project manages the entire development process.  It creates, maintains and refurbishes precision coiling, pressing and stamping tools for spring, wireform and metal component production.

Testing and validation
Springtech tests and validates, re-designs and re-engineers the tools required for new products and adopts a flexible working attitude to ensure the customer’s needs are met.  The company works closely with its clients to address the on-going technical and qualitative issues associated with product design and development. 

If you already have a spring, wireform or metal component tool or supplier
Springtech provides a refurbishment service for tools that have been designed, developed and used offsite.  This service involves Springtech experts reviewing, analysing, re-designing, storing and maintaining tools as required to exacting specifications.  Potential clients can therefore switch their production processes to Springtech both easily and seamlessly.
