Springtech has onsite facilities that means we can take your spring, wireform and metal component requirements from its early stages of design and development right through the manufacturing process in order to deliver it straight to your doorstep.  This means customers are able to save on time, money and factory floor space – all essential factors in increasing profit margins.

Recognised branded technology for precision manufacturing 
Our manufacturing facilities, comprising over 50,000 sqft, are located in Buckinghamshire and Aberdeenshire.  At Springtech, we utilise over 100 different pieces of plant and machinery equipment and house the latest technology from the world’s leading machine manufactures including Wafios, Itaya, Torrington, Schenker, HTC, Bennett, Turbex and many others. 

Machinery from the biggest brand names in spring and wire component manufacturing technology means we can manufacture precision parts with accuracy and quality items time and time again, with unbeatable efficiency.  This efficient production process ensures our costs are always kept to a minimum and are passed onto our customers.

Spring and press division equipment
Our Spring Manufacturing division houses numerous spring coilers plus appropriate testers, loopers, gauges, wire pay-offs, sorters together with numerous ancillary machines and a variety of duplex spring end grinders.
A host of flat spring multi-slide machines and power presses and smaller bench presses make up our press division so that we can deliver precision parts for all manner of applications.

Equipped to add value
In addition to its core development and manufacturing services, Springtech can further add value to any production run by offering a scope of fringe benefits.  These encompass post manufacturing and finishing services through to the delivery and logistical management.
Our finishing centre employs the latest technology in chemical passivation, cleaning and vapour degreasing.  We also house heat treatment furnaces and ovens.  Our tool room facilities incorporate spark erosion, surface and cylindrical grinders, mills, laths, saws, measuring equipment, try-out presses and a variety of ancillary equipment.
