Extension Springs

A spring whose dimension, in the direction of the applied load, increases under the action of that load.  Our spring production capabilities range from 0.2 - 12.5 mm diameter wires spring O/D auto 1 - 60 mm hand  up to 150 mm diameter.

Return springs , used in ,& as, closers for doors, lids etc, used also to balance weight such as sash windows & safety barriers for manual operation.  Used in washing machines to counteract inertia on spin dryers. Tension springs offer great flexibility in terms of length & with hooked ends give good fixation. Offered in various materials to suite the environment the spring will operate in such as sea water, High or Low temperature, & contact chemicals.
