The Company produces a wide range of bespoke products including:

Coil (Compression, Tension and Torsion) Springs including Wire-forms. Wire sizes from 0.1 to 13.0 mm in diameter including some 'sectioned' materials.

Leaf Springs and Pressings:Material thickness from 0.1 to 3.2 mm and width up to 150 mm.

Materials employed include:

Carbon, Stainless and Mild Steels, Copper and Nickel Alloys such as Hastelloy, Elgiloy and Ni-Span

Statistical Process Control techniques are employed in the Quality Control of all medium to long run production batches.
